Sikh Wedding Ceremonies with a Twist.

Chris and Sarina held a beautiful weekend in Santa Fe, New Mexico at Hotel El Dorado filled with the most incredible Sikh ceremonies ending with a traditional western reception. They had family travel near and far to share their days with them and it was nothing short of beautiful to not only capture but witness. The intimacies and intentions of each ceremony, all the tiny details and love shared that weekend was the best.


Turban Wrapping.


During the morning surrounded by Sarina's father, brother and uncles Chris's father was wrapped for a turban. With welcome arms they worked together to perfectly wrap a turban for the ceremony the next day that was fitted to his head. It was really special watching these two families come together.

Mehndi Designs.


The night before their marriage ceremony Sarina was adorned with full traditional Mehndi designs on her hands, arms and feet. The most incredibly intricate tiny flowers and designs all perfectly placed with purpose. If you look super close you can find the bride and grooms names.

Wedding Attire.


Sarina had the most beautiful dupatta to go over her head, along with a perfectly golden dress that had so many incredible details added to it that it was just beyond phenomenal.
